In 2011, James Henry joined Copper Top Roofing & Sheet Metal and became an integral part of the company’s growth and operations. After more than a decade of leadership and hands-on industry experience, James—son-in-law of founder Scott Phillips—purchased the company in 2021 and now serves as President and Owner of Copper Top Roofing & Sheet Metal.

Today, Copper Top remains a family-led business. Kathryn Henry, daughter of founder Scott Phillips, plays an active role in the company’s daily operations, while founder Scott Phillips continues to provide leadership and industry expertise as Vice President. Quaid Phillips also serves as part of the company’s leadership team, helping guide operations and the continued growth of the business.
